肿痛安胶囊治疗聚合性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肿痛安胶囊内服外用治疗聚合性痤疮的疗效。方法:在抗生素治疗基础上,选择68例聚合性痤疮患者,加用肿痛安胶囊口服外用,并设30例对照组患者以克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外用。结果:治疗组临床痊愈36例,显效18例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率92.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肿痛安胶囊内服外用,对聚合性痤疮有较好的治疗效果。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of internal and external application of Zhongtong＆#39;an capsule in the treatment of acne conglobata.Methods： Combined with antibiotic treatment, 68 patients with acne conglobata were given oral and external Zhongtong＆#39;an capsule. 30 patients were set as control and were given clindamycin phosphate gel.Results： 36 of Zhongtong＆#39;an capsule treated cases were clinical cured along with 18 markedly improved, 9 effective and 5 failed. The total effective rate was 92.6%. The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion： Zhongtong＆#39;an capsule has therapeutic effect in acne conglobata.
