摘  要:运用微波消解-ICP-MS法建立了一种测定中草药太子参和金银花中重金属铅(Pb)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、汞(Hg)的新方法。采用HNO3-H2O2混酸对样品进行微波消解,以铟(In)和铑(Rh)作为在线内标元素同步测定,减少基体效应对元素的干扰,确定了最适宜的测定条件。测定了太子参和金银花样品中的重金属元素,测定结果线性相关系数在0.9993以上,RSD%〈10%。各重金属元素检出限均低于0.007μg/L。该方法有精确、快捷、可靠等优点,适用于中草药太子参和金银花样品的测定。A new method was established by applying the method of Microwave Digestion-ICP-MS for the determination of lead (Pb),arsenic (As),cadmium (Cd),chromium (Cr),mercury (Hg) in Chinese herbal medicine heterophylla and honeysuckle.Through the microwave digestion for the samples by using HNO3-H2O2 mixed acid, measured simultaneously by using indium (In) and rhodium (Rh) as the internal standard line element,reducing the effect of interfering matrix elements,the optimum conditions for the determination were determined.The heavy metals of Heterophylla and honeysuckle samples were measured,the determination results showed that linear correlation coefficients were above 0.9993,RSD % 〈 10%.The detection limit of each heavy metals was below 0.007μg / L.The method has the advantages of accuracy, speediness and trustiness,it is suitable for the determination of Chinese herbal medicine heterophylla and honeysuckle
