摘　　要：本文着重阐述了实验室产品质量控制的重要性,结合本单位实际工作详细描述了实验室产品质量控制中的几大工作重点,包括实验室产品质量控制过程中职责的划分、产品要求确定、产品要求评审、任务下达、生产准备、生产实施、产品检验、产品交付、售后服务、顾客沟通、过程监测等方面,明确职责分配,确保产品满足客户要求,增强顾客满意度。This paper expounds the importance of product quality control in laboratory.Combined with the practical work,it is described in several major focus in product quality control in laboratory, including the process of the division of responsibilities,the determination of product requirements, product requirements review, task ratification, production preparation, production, product inspection,product delivery and after-sales service,customer communication,process monitoring,etc.It was the clear allocation of responsibilities,to ensure that products meet customer requirements,and enhanced customer satisfaction.
