摘 要:以糠醇树脂为炭源制备涂覆型炭/蜂窝陶瓷(C/HC)整体式催化剂用于1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷气相催化脱HCl反应,通过添加聚乙二醇(PEG)和氢氧化钠对炭涂层的孔隙结构进行调节。扫描电镜和N2-物理吸附等表征结果表明,炭涂层在蜂窝陶瓷表面均匀涂覆,PEG的添加使炭涂层的孔隙结构从微孔向介孔转变,改变PEG相对分子质量、PEG添加量或碱浓度均可对炭涂层的介孔结构进行调节。C/HC整体式催化剂的催化性能由介孔炭涂层决定,介孔发达的C/HC整体式催化剂的活性要高于微孔活性炭催化剂。The carbon coated honeycomb ceramic(C/HC) monolithic catalysts prepared with furfuryl alcohol resin as carbon precursor were designed as vapor phase catalytic in the reaction of HCl removal from 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane.The pore structures of carbon coating were adjusted by the addition of polyethylene glycol(PEG) and sodium hydroxide.Scanning electron microscope and N2physical adsorption results showed that the carbon coating was well dispersed on the surface of the honeycomb ceramic.The addition of PEG results in the pore structure of carbon coating changed from microporous to mesoporous.Mesoporous carbon coating could be adjusted by changing the molecular weight of PEG,the amount of PEG or the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution.The catalytic performance of the C/HC monolithic catalyst was determined by the mesoporous carbon coating.The catalytic activity of developed mesoporous C/HC monolithic catalyst was higher than that of microporous activated carbon catalyst.
