摘　　要：随着MBD技术的发展,必将对产品精度设计提出更高的要求。基于尺寸链的计算分析理论、尺寸链的数据模型以及尺寸链的计算分析方法,研究了如何在计算机辅助下进行装配精度设计和工艺精度设计时的尺寸链计算。给出在具体应用场景要求下精度设计的解决方案,并与现有的CAD三维造型系统SINOVATION平台集成。Along with the development of MBD technology, higher requirements on product accuracy during the design should be put forward. Based on the computational analysis theory of the dimension chain, the data model of the dimension chain and the approach for computational analysis of the dimension chain, this article conducts a study about the calculation of dimension chain during computer-aided design of assembling accuracy and processing accuracy while giving the solutions for accuracy designs against the requirements in specific application scenarios and integrating them with SINOVATION platform of existing CAD-3D modeling system.
