机械泵真空系统应用于VD炉的工艺实践

摘　　要：主要介绍了机械泵在莱钢120 t VD炉的应用实践,重点阐述了机械真空泵的运行情况和冶金效果。生产实践表明,使用机械真空泵系统的VD炉,其冶金效果达到或优于使用多级蒸气喷射泵真空系统的VD炉,脱[H]率达63.5%,能源介质消耗成本较多级蒸气喷射泵真空系统低3.5元/t钢。机械真空泵以电能为介质,生产组织灵活。The application practice of mechanical pump in 120 t VD furnace of Laigang was mainly introduced in the paper, and the running status and metallurgical effect of mechanical vacuum pump were expounded emphatically. The production practice showed that, the metallurgical effect of VD furnace with mechanical vacuum pump system could reach or be better than the effect of VD furnace with multistage steam jet pump system, now its dehydrogenation rate could reach 63.5% and its energy medium consumption cost was lower than multistage steam jet pump system by 3.5 yuan per ton. And by taking mechanical vacuum pump as a medium, the production organization of mechanical vacuum pump is flexible.
