摘  要:通过对炼钢厂1#板坯连铸机二次冷却系统中的喷嘴经常堵塞的现状进行分析,发现可利用过滤器滤网内外压差来量化过滤效果,并利用此判断方法试验,找出了该连铸机二冷水过滤系统合适的过滤精度组合,提高了其过滤效率,使二冷水水质满足使用要求。Through analyzing the current situation that the nozzles in the secondary cooling water system of 1 ^# caster in the steelmaking plant were often blocked, it was found that the filtering effect of filter could be quantified by the pressure difference between inside and outside filter screen. And the corresponding tests were carried out by using this judging method, the right combination of filtering precision of secondary cooling water system of the caster was found out, thus the filtering efficiency was increased and the water quality of secondary cooling water met the using requirements.
