摘 要:发动机的振动不仅影响其工作性能和使用寿命,同时也降低了乘坐的舒适性,另外振动信号在一定程度上还反映出发动机的技术状况和故障状态.基于虚拟仪器测试系统的发动机振动测试对某发动机进行振动试验,通过硬件的组成和软件的设计,采集发动机振动的信号并分析,主要通过信号的频谱分析、自相关计算和小波分析等手段,对发动机振动信号进行测试分析.通过对采集到的发动机振动参数进行分析,为发动机振动源的找寻或故障诊断提供重要的理论依据.Engine vibration not only influences engine in the whole system structure and working performance and working life, but also reduces the smoothness of the driving and passenger's comfort. The engine vibration signal is the symptom of engine technology and information carrier fault. Therefore, it is particularly important to do an engine vibration test based on virtual instrument. By the hardware configuration and software design, engine vibration signal was obtained and analyzed. Mainly through the spectral analysis of signals, the relevant calculation methods and wavelet analysis, the testing signal of engine vibration were analyzed. The analysis of engine parameters provides a theoretical basis for the seeking of engine vibration source and found fault diagnosis.
