摘　　要：二通插装阀是20世纪末出现在世界发达国家中采用的新型对液压机控制技术的一种先进的逻辑控制方式.二通插装阀运用于逻辑控制阀,主要通过控制插入元件的开启、关闭和开启量的大小来控制油液的通断、压力的高低和流量的大小,以实现对执行机构的方向、压力和速度的控制.并以粉末制品液压机的半自动工作程序:电机启动、顶出缸顶出、中心缸顶出、滑块快下、滑块慢下、压制、保压、卸压、滑块回程、顶出缸退回、中心缸退回、停机为例,说明二通插装阀在各个工作程序中的动作.Two-way cartridge valve is the new logical control of advanced hydraulic control technology in the developed countries＇ of the world in the late 20th century. It is used in logic control valves to achieve control of direction, pressure and speed of the implementing agencies primarily through the opening, closing and opening of the control into the components to control the size of oil breaking, high and low pressure and flow rate. It uses semi-automatic hydraulic press for powder products for its work program to illustrate the two-way cartridge valves in various actions in work processes： motor starting, crest-crest, center, cylinder, slider sliding slowly down, pressing, holding pressure, oil pressure, slider, top cylinder return on return trip, center cylinder back, shutting down, etc.
