摘　　要："社会主义核心价值体系"的建设不同于以往的国家计划内"任务",它是一项国家"战略",只能以"计划"的形式去达到,并不能以"计划"的形式去终结,因为"战略"本身就不是一项"完成的任务",而是一项"制胜"的事业。从这个角度来重新审视"社会主义核心价值体系",是关系到民族兴亡的重大问题。"社会主义核心价值体系"只有通过这样的认识才能真正地确立与实现,才能完成我们对于现实问题与未来问题的解释和解决,才能巩固与发展社会主义事业。The construction of ＂ socialist core value system＂ is different from the previous country＇s planned task. It is a strategy that can be arrived at but not be finalized in the form of ＂planning＂ , as strategy itself is not a finished task but a winning undertaking. Reexamined from this angle, the socialist core value sQstem is a great thing that concerns our country＇s survival, national rise and fall, and people＇s peace and health. Only when we understand this, can we really establish and realize the socialist core value system, consolidate and develop socialist cause and march toward the lofty communist ideal.
