摘  要:目的探讨自我管理教育对脑胶质瘤术后化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月—2013年12月收治于上海市普陀区人民医院的胶质瘤术后化疗患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加自我管理教育,评价两组患者自我管理效能和生活质量。结果自我管理教育后,观察组的自我效能评分和生活质量水平评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组在自我管理教育前后的自我效能评分和生活质量水平也有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自我管理教育可以有效提高胶质瘤术后化疗患者的自我效能和自我管理水平,提高患者服药和功能锻炼等依从性,改善生存质量。Objective To investigate the influence of self-management education on the quality of life (QOL)in postoperative chemotherapy patients with glioma.Methods A total of 80 postoperative chemotherapy patients with glioma in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into the study group and control group from January 2012 to December 2013.The control group received routine nursing care,and the study group received additional self-management education.Results After self-management education,the self-efficacy score and QOL level in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01).Meanwhile,the self-efficacy score and QOL level in the study group was improved significantly after education (P < 0.01).Conclusion Self-management education can improve the self-efficacy and self-management of postoperative chemotherapy patients with glioma.It can also improve their compliance and QOL.
