摘 要:目的分析小儿甲状舌管囊肿(TDC)的高频彩色多普勒超声图像特征,探讨其在TDC中的诊断价值。方法对21例经病理证实的小儿甲状舌管囊肿影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果 21例甲状舌管囊肿中,15例位于颈部正中,4例偏右侧,2例偏左侧,体积大小为12 mm×6 mm×8 mm^34 mm×16 mm×20 mm;壁薄囊内回声清者14例,3例囊内回声欠清,4例囊内为混合回声,7例壁较厚;21例囊内均未探及血流信号,其中5例囊壁上探及点状血流信号。结论超声对小儿甲状舌管囊肿有较高的准确性,可以为术前准备提供重要的信息。Objective To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroglossal duct cyst (TDC), and analyze high-frequency ultrasound image features of TDC in children.Methods The imaging data of 21 cases of TDC confirmed by pathologically in children were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 21 cases of thyroglossal duct cyst, 15 cases located in the middle neck, 4 cases on the right side, left side in 2 cases,the volume size was 12 mm×6 mm×8 mm~34 mm×16 mm×20 mm; 14 cases of thin wall sac were clear, 3 cases of intracystic"echo less clear,4 cases in the capsule was mixed echo, 7 cases with thick walls, 21 patients with intracapsular could not detect blood flow signal, including 5 cases of cyst wall punctiform blood flow signals.Conclusion Ultrasound had higher accuracy for diagnosis of thyroglossal duct cyst,which could provide important information for clinical preoperative.
