摘　　要：结合当前处置突发事件的实际需求,提出一种基于CBR的突发事件处置方案快速生成方法。首先基于框架表示法对突发事件案例进行建模,并构建案例库;然后基于相似性度量,提取与本次突发事件最为接近的参考案例,并根据实际情况进行交互修改后,得到最终处置方案;最后进行了仿真实验,验证了该方法的有效性。According to the current requirements to deal with emergency,a rapid establishment method for emergency treat-ment plan based on case-based reasoning（CBR）is proposed. First,the emergency cases are modeled based on the frame repre-sentation method and the case base is created. Second,the reference case which is most similar to the current emergency case is extracted according to its similarity measurement,and then the final treatment plan is obtained after the reference case is re-vised alternatively according to the actual situation. Finally,the simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.
