摘　　要：介绍科技服务业的新内涵;分析科技服务业已发展成为知识经济重要成分和战略性产业的重要性。阐述国家和天津、广东、江苏、北京等地方发展科技服务业的措施。针对福建省科技服务业发展相对滞后的现状,提出福建省应首先从开展科技服务业专项统计、出台科技服务业发展规划与实施意见、设立科技服务业发展专项计划、设立科技服务业相关机构与网站等方面着手,加快科技服务业发展步伐的建议。The Paper introduces the nwe meaning of sci-tech service industry;analyses the significance of sci-tech service industry＇s having developed into an important component of knowledge economy and a strategic industry.The paper sets forth measures to develop sci-tech serivce industry of State as well as Tianjin,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Beijing and other region.In view of status quo of relative lag of Eujian＇s sci-tech service industry,the paper proposes that Fujian Province should accelerate the development of sci-tech service industry by doing special statistics of sci-tech service mdustry,coming on development programme and execution measures for sci-tech service industry,setting up special development plan for sci-tech service industry,building relative organizations and websites of sci-tech service industry.
