无皂苯丙乳液粘合剂在涂料印花中的应用

摘　　要：以苯乙烯为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸异辛酯为软单体,采用无皂乳液聚合法得到无皂苯丙乳液粘合剂.并将其应用于涂料印花中,对印花工艺进行优化.结果表明,无皂苯丙乳液的用量30%,涂料用量10%,乳化糊用量4%,在145℃焙烘3min时,印花效果较好,棉和涤棉的摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度都能达到工业要求.Styrene is used as hard monomer ,butyl acrylate and isooctyl acrylate are used as soft mono-mer ,with the method of emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization ,emulsifier-free styrene-acrylic emul-sion adhesive is obtained .The styrene-acrylic emulsion adhesive is used in the pigment printing of textile industry ,and printing process is optimized .The results show that printing is better ,and both the rub-bing fastness of cotton and polyester and soaping fastness can achieve industrial requirements w hen 30%of emulsifier-free styrene-acrylic emulsion ,10% of paint amount ,4% of emulsion paste ,baked at 145 ℃for 3min .
