摘 要:设计并合成了一种新型罗丹明B衍生物荧光分子探针RBA,研究了其光谱性能及对Fe3+的识别作用。结果表明:RBA在三羟甲基氨基甲烷—盐酸缓冲溶液和乙醇/水溶液形成的混合介质中,对Fe3+有高选择性、高灵敏性的荧光检测。在pH为7.0,553/576 nm条件下,随着Fe3+的浓度递增,RBA荧光强度呈现显著线性增强。其荧光增强主要是由于Fe3+诱导了分子中的酰胺闭环结构发生开环,导致分子结构的共轭程度增大。此外,RBA对其他常见金属离子Cu2+,Ag+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ba2+,Mn2+,Co2+,Ni2+和Pb2+等的硝酸盐溶液几乎不引起紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱变化。A novel fluorescence molecular probe of RBA for Fe3+ Rhodamine B derivative of m-Phthalaldehyde has been synthesized. We have studied its spectral properties and the recognition of iron ions. The results show that the RBA can be used in three hydroxymethyl aminomethane-hydrochloric acid buffer solution and ethanol aqueous solution to form mixed medium for Fe3+ with high selectivity and high sensitivity fluorescence detection. At the condition of pH 7.0, 553/576 nm, as the concentration of Fe3+ increasing,the RBA fluorescence intensity show significant linear increase. The fluorescence enhancement of RBA is mainly due to the molecule structure because of the Fe3+ changing form closed-loop to open-loop, leading to the molecular structure of conjugated degree increas.es. In addition, the RBA to other nitrate solution of common metal ions, for example, Cu2+, Ag+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ba2+,Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+and Pb2+ show almost no changes with ultraviolet-visible spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.
