摘　　要：利用层次分析法对HSE管理体系一、二级要素进行了权重分析,并以某企业为例对其承包商管理进行了HSE管理绩效评估。结果表明,利用该方法可以量化分析企业HSE管理所处等级,有助于企业之间互相学习,提升HSE管理绩效。The weight analysis on primary and secondary elements of HSE management system is started through AHP.By taki ng certai n enterpri se for example,HSE management performance appraisal of its contractors is implemented.According to the result,it shows that the HSE management grade of the enterprise could be analyzed quantitatively through this method.It is also hel pful for the enterpri ses to learn from each other tc promote HSE management performance.
