摘　　要：高兹认为,劳动解放与自然的解放、人的解放、社会解放是统一的,劳动解放是基础和根本。劳动的解放建立在批判资本主义经济理性和技术理性的基础上。只有废除资本主义的付薪劳动、劳动分工,建立先进的生态社会主义社会,才能实现劳动的解放,最终实现人与自然、人与社会和人与人之间的和谐。高兹的劳动解放思想对中国和谐社会建设具有重要的理论和现实意义。Gorz holds that labor liberation,the nature liberation,the liberation of the human beings and social liberation are consistent,whereas the labor liberation is the foundation and fundamental.The liberation of labor is based on the criticism of capitalist economic rationality and technology rationality.Only after abolishing the paid labor and division of labor and establishing the advanced eco- socialist society,the labor can be liberated and the harmony between the man and nature,man and society,man and man can finally be achieved.Gorz＇s thoughts about labor liberation are the important theory and practical significance for the construction of harmonious society in china.
