摘 要:由于增加屏蔽层后的防辐射驾驶舱较之原来驾驶舱增重了5.5 T,故有必要对支撑座的强度进行分析与校核.本文运用ANSYS Workbench对挖掘机驾驶舱屏蔽层的支撑座进行结构静力分析,得到支撑座在5.5 T载荷下的等效应力、变形等分布情况.通过目标驱动优化模块,在满足工况条件下对支撑座截面厚度尺寸进行优化,为支撑座设计提供了依据.Due to the adding of the shielding layer,the radiation protection cockpit increased 5.5 T compared with the original weight,which made it necessary to analyze and check the strength of the supporting pedestal. In this paper,the static analysis on the structure of an ex-cavator cockpit shielding layer supporting pedestal was achieved by means of ANSYS Work-bench,and the equivalent stress and deformation distribution of supporting pedestal under the load of 5. 5 T were obtained. The thickness size of the supporting pedestal section was optimized in order to get the best program under the working condition by using goal driven optimization module,which provided the basis for the supporting pedestal's design.
