基于农民视角的现代农业经营影响因素分析——以长沙县为例

摘　　要：根据长沙县区域农户调查数据,运用二元Logistic模型,从农户基本特征、家庭特征、土地流转特征、农民对现代农业的认知和社会因素等5个方面进行回归分析,探寻影响城郊现代农业经营的主要因素。结果表明:户主文化程度、家庭劳动人口、现代农业生产所占比重、土地流转价格、受法律保护程度政策、当地政府介入程度、参加合作组织等因素对现代农业经营具有正向影响,户主年龄、土地流转时间期限、对现代农业的态度、对经营组织的认识等因素对现代农业经营具有负向影响,其他方面对现代农业经营影响不显著。According to the investigation data of farmers in Changsha County, a regression analysis was conducted to the basic characters of farmers, the characters of families, the characters of land circulation, the recognition of farmers to modern agriculture, and the social factors by dualistic Logistic model in order to find out the main factors influencing modern agricultural management in suburb. The results showed that the modern agricultural management had been influenced positively by the cultural level of householder, the labor number of family, the proportion of modern agricultural production, the price of land circulation, the protection degree by law, the involvement degree of local government, and the participation in cooperation organization; it had been influenced negatively by the householder age, the time limit of land circulation, the attitude of farmers to modern agriculture, and the recognition of farmers to management organization; the other factors had little influence on modern agricultural management.
