摘 要:为了解消费者果品质量安全意识以及果品质量安全的重要影响因素,通过问卷调查的方式,了解消费者对果品质量安全问题的看法。结果表明:在果品质量安全影响因素方面,果品打蜡、农药残留等是消费者关注的重点,而关注果品产地和来源的消费者较少,对出现质量问题的水果没有较好的解决方法。调查表明消费者果品质量安全意识较薄弱,有必要推行一种新的质量安全体系——溯源技术体系来满足人们需求。To understand the key influencing factors for cognitions of comsumers in quality and safety of fruits, the questionnaire method was carried out to investigate the opinions of costumers to the problems in quality and safety of fruits. The results revealed that among all of the influencing factors for quality and safety of fruits, the issues of waxing and pesticide residue were the most concerned points for customers, and the fruit producing area and the source obtained less attention, and no good solutions could be found when fruits occured each problems in quality. The results suggested that the consciousness of consumers on fruits’ quality and safety was weak, thus promoting a new quality and safety system- a traceable system is nessesary.
