摘 要:【目的】探讨深圳市坪山新区常住居民老年性骨质疏松性骨折发生现状,为老年性骨质疏松的一级预防提供理论基础数据。【方法】采用随机整群抽样选择人群分组技术方法,抽样选择坪山2个居民委员会60岁以上老人300例,进行老年性骨质疏松性骨折流行病学问卷调查。由骨科和流行病学医师协作完成,流行病学专家统一质量控制和回收表格及统计分析,最后由骨科医师进行专业分析。【结果】坪山新区老年性骨质疏松性骨折发生率为11.3%(34/300),男性老年性骨质疏松性骨折发生率为10.74%(13/121),女性老年性骨质疏松性骨折发生率为11.73%(21/179),两者相比较差异无显著性( P >0.05);70岁以下发生率为6.92%(11/159),70岁以上发生率为16.31%(23/141),两者相比较差异有显著性( P <0.05)。【结论】深圳坪山地区老年骨质疏松性骨折发生率低于国内其他地区,70岁以上老年性骨质疏松性骨折发生率明显高于70岁以下发生率。[Objective] To explore the status of the prevalence of senile osteoporotic fracture of residents in Ping-shan new district of Shenzhen so as to provide the theoretical basic data for the primary prevention of senile osteoporo-sis .[Methods] Random cluster sampling and group technology was used to choose 300 elderly people in 2 neighbor-hood committees of Pingshan district .All persons received epidemiological questionnaire survey of senile osteoporotic fracture completed by the physicians in orthopedic and epidemiological department together .Uniform quality control , table retrieval and statistical analysis were performed by epidemiological experts .[Results] The incidence of senile os-teoporotic fracture in Pingshan new district was 11 .3% (34/300) .The incidence of male senile osteoporotic fracture was 10 .74% ,while that of female senile osteoporotic fracture was 11 .73% (21/179) ,but there was no significant difference between them( P〉0 .05) .The incidence of senile osteoporotic fracture under 70 years old was 6 .92%(11/159) ,while that in persons over 70 years old was 16 .31% (23/141) ,and there was significant difference be-tween them( P〈0 .05) .[Conclusion]The incidence of senile osteoporotic fracture in Pingshan new district of Shenz-hen region is lower than that in other areas of China .The incidence of senile osteoporotic fracture over 70 years old is obviously higher than that under 70 years old .
