摘　　要：【目的】探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM ）患者的冠状动脉病变特点。【方法】用冠状动脉造影（CAG ）方法分析394例伴有T2DM （124例）和不伴有T2DM （270例）的冠心病患者冠脉病变特点；常规超声心动图了解心脏腔室内径及心功能指标。【结果】冠心病合并T2DM患者，受累冠脉以左前降支为主，其次为左回旋支病变，次之为右冠脉病变；与不伴有T2DM患者相比，心脏腔室内径的改变无统计学差异（ P ＞0．05）。【结论】CHD合并T2DM患者冠状动脉病变更严重，T2DM对心脏功能的影响必须系统全面地进行评价。[Objective] To explore the features of coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM ） .[Methods]Coronary angiography（CAG） was used to analyze the features of coronary artery disease in 394 coronary heart disease （CHD） patients with T2DM （ n = 124） and without diabetes mellitus （DM）（ n=270） .Conventional ultrasonic echocardiogram（ECG） was used to analyze inner diameter of heart and cardiac function parameters .[Results] Left interior descending branch was mainly involved in T 2DM pa-tients with CHD ,and left circumflex branch was next ,and the right coronary artery was second next .There was no significant difference in inner diameter of heart between DM with and without CHD （ P〉0 .05） .[Conclusion]Coronary artery disease in T2DM patients with CHD is more severe .The effect of DM on cardiac function should be assessed systematically and comprehensively .
