摘　　要：介绍了转炉一次烟气湿法净化回收系统及存在的问题。针对新的节能减排及PM2.5排放限制,提出了钢铁企业现有转炉一次烟气湿法净化回收系统升级改造的新技术。防爆圆筒型湿式电除尘器是升级改造技术的核心,灵活的配置可在较低投资下确保煤气含尘浓度≤10mg/m3,同时减少PM2.5的排放,是湿法升级改造的理想选择。Introduced the wet purification and recovery system and existing problems of converter primary- gas. According to policy on energy- saving and environmental protection and the new emission restrictions of PM2. 5,put forward the new wet purification and recovery system technology upgrade and improvement of converter gas existing in the iron and steel enterprises. The explosion- proof cylinder type wet electrostatic precipitator is the core of upgrading technology,flexible configuration ensures that the dust concentration ≤10mg / m3at low investment,meanwhile,to reduce PM2. 5 emissions. It＇s the best upgrading technology of convert wet modification.
