摘　　要：目的：建立RP-HPLC法同时测定舒血宁注射液中6种黄酮醇苷含量的方法。方法：采用YMC-Pack ODS-A C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长355nm,346nm,316nm同时测定;柱温30℃;流速1.0mL/min。6种黄酮醇苷在文中所述进样量范围内线性良好,加样回收率在98.64%～103.35%（RSD〈1.85%,n=6）。结论：该实验建立的方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于舒血宁注射液及相关银杏叶制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of six flavonol glycosides in Shuxuening injection by RP- HPLC. Method： The analysis was performed on an YMC- Pack ODS- A C18column（ 250mm × 4. 6mm,5μm）,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile- 0. 4% phosphoric acid,as gradient elute at the flow rate of 1. 0mL / min. Detection wavelength was set at 355nm,346nm,316nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Results： The six flavonol glycosides had good linears with good average recovery,respectively. Conclusion： The method established is simple,feasible,accurate,reliable,well stability and can be regarded as the quantity control method of Shuxuening injection.
