摘 要:基于顺序注射(SIA)原理研制了海水硅酸盐原位检测仪,通过改进《海洋监测规范》中硅酸盐的硅钼蓝标准分析方法,优化了进样方式及显色反应时间,压缩了样品与试剂进样之间的时间间隔,在保证硅酸盐测量准确性及精度的前提下,将显色反应时间缩短至50 s,将单次样品分析时间缩短至2 min。针对原位测量,就环境因素对测量结果的影响进行了研究,结果表明,盐度从0~35变化时,吸光度减小20%,但盐度在28~35之间时,吸光度并无明显变化。基于10 cm液芯波导比色管,仪器的检测限可达5.8 nmol/L。An in-situ instrument for rapidly detecting soluble silicates in seawater is developed and presented based on the sequential injection analysis(SIA) and spectrophotometer. Through the improvement of the silicomolybdenum blue spectrophotometry method in the Specification for Marine Monitoring, the sample injection method and color reaction time have been optimized. The injection interval between samples and reagents has been cancelled, and the time of color reaction has been shorten to 50 s and the single sample measurement takes only 2 minutes under the prerequisite of retaining the accuracy and reliability of silicate measurement. For in-situ applications, research has been conducted on the effects of environmental factors on measurements. The results indicate that a signal reduction of 20% in absorbance occurs when the sample salinity varies from 0 to 35,whereas no obvious changes in absorbance are observed when the salinity is between 28 and 35. Based on the10 cm liquid core waveguide colorimetric tube, the limit of detection of the instrument is 5.8 nmol/L.
