从卫生总费用看卫生事业与社会经济的协调发展

摘　　要：从我国卫生总费用各项指标看卫生事业发展与国民经济发展的协调程度,结果显示:我国卫生事业发展与国民经济发展的协调性差;卫生筹资公平性尚有很大改善空间;卫生费用流向不合理;农村居民的医疗卫生服务需求未得到很好满足。为此建议:建立稳定的卫生总费用投入增长机制;加大对农村居民的卫生财政转移支付力度;优化卫生筹资与流向结构。Analysis on the coordinated development of health and socio-economic from a total health expenditure point. And the results show that, the coordination of health and economic development is poor, health financing fairness is still far from perfect; health cost flow is unreasonable; and health services needs of rural residents have not been well satisfied. It is proposal to establish a stable investment growth mechanism of totalhealth expenditure, increase rural residents financial transfer payments to public health care, and optimize thehealth financing and flow structure.
