摘　　要：为满足机电行业人才需求,结合学校特色,分析了当前高职教育中机械制造与自动化专业建设存在的问题,制定了特色专业建设的指导思想和发展目标,从人才培养模式、课程建设、师资队伍、实验实训等方面提出了特色专业建设的基本思路和举措,为高职院校机械制造与自动化专业快速形成品牌特色、打造复合型高级技术技能型人才的培养模式提供参考。In order to meet the demand of mechanical and electrical industry,combined with the characteristics of the school. This paper analyzes the current existing problems about specialty construction of machine-building and automation in higher vocational education,formulates the guiding ideology and development target in the construction of characteristic specialty and from the talent training mode,course construction,teaching staff,training and other aspects,puts forward the basic ideas and measures of its construction,A reference is given to the training mode,which makes the machine-building and automation specialty in higher vocational colleges form the famous characteristic brand of rapidly training compound advanced technical skills talent.
