医用隐形抗菌膜治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察医用隐形抗菌膜治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果。方法将60例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者的年龄、性别、病情无显著差异。在一般护理、治疗前创面处理的基础上,治疗组使用医用隐形抗菌膜敷贴创面,对照组使用美宝疮疡贴。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率均为96.67%;在痊愈时间上,无论是Ⅱ期还是Ⅲ期压疮,治疗组显著短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的换药次数少于对照组,且治疗组的治疗费用低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论医用隐形抗菌膜治疗压疮效果显著,疗程短,费用低,值得推广。Objective To observe the curative effects of medical invisible antimicrobial films on pressure sore at stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group; there existed no obvious difference in age,sex and disease conditions; routine nursing and the sore would management were made to patients in both groups and then invisible antimicrobial film were applied in treatment group,while Meibao Wound and ulcer dressing in control group. Results The total effective rates of the 2 groups reached 96. 67%; the healing time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）; the dressing changes and the expense of treatment in treatment group were less than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusions The medical invisible antimicrobial film is of such advantages as obvious curative effect,shorter course and lower expense,it is worthy of wider application.
