摘　　要：开排沉箱是海上平台开式排放设备的主要形式之一,用于处理甲板排放物中的含油污水并分离生产污水中的大颗粒油滴,提供处理后污水的缓冲排海通道。采用开排沉箱的污水处理流程工艺经济、简便、易于操作,具有广泛的应用前景。目前开排沉箱已在国内南海平台的开式排放系统中得以应用。介绍了国内外几种开排沉箱的结构形式及其各自的优缺点,可为后续项目的设备选型与结构优化提供参考。As a main form of open drain equipment on the offshore platform,sump caissons were used to treat oily water in deck discharge and separate large oil droplets form produced water,and to provide a buffering entrance into the sea for the treated water.The water treatment process with sump caisson possesses the advantages of economical,simple and easy to operate,which has a wide application prospect.At present,sump caisson has been applied to the open drain system on the South China Sea offshore platform.Several structural forms of sump caisson were introduced and comparatively analyzed,which can provide reference for the equipment selection and structure optimization of the follow-up project.
