摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者健康促进生活方式及其影响因素,为制定相应的护理干预提供依据。方法:采用健康促进生活方式评定量表、自觉健康评定量表、一般情况调查表,对164例CP患者进行调查,以健康促进生活方式总分为应变量,以一般情况调查表中11项预测影响因素及自觉健康状况为自变量,进行多元逐步回归分析,筛选健康促进生活方式的主要影响因素。结果:CP患者健康促进生活方式总分处于低等水平,性生活满意度、疾病症状、自觉健康状况是影响患者健康促进生活方式的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:应重视CP患者健康促进生活方式的影响因素,改善患者自觉健康状况,减轻疾病症状所带来的痛苦,是提高患者健康促进生活方式的关键。Objective： To explore the factors affecting the heath promoting lifestyle of patients with chronic prostatitis（CP）,so as to provide some basis for formulating corresponding nursing intervention. Method： By meas of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ（HPLP Ⅱ）,Self-rated Health Measurement Scale（SRHMS）,and the Survey on General Conditio,a survey was made on 164 CP patients.With the total score for the aspect of heath promoting lifestyle as the dependent variable, and the 11 predicted affecting factors in the General Survey as the independent variables, a multiple stepwise regression analysis was made for determining the major factors affecting the heath promoting lifestyle of CP patients. Result： CP patients health promoting lifestyle score at lower levels, and sexual satisfaction, disease symptoms, self-conscious health condition were the main factors influencing the patients＇ health promoting lifestyle（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Should pay attention to the influence factors of CP patients health promoting lifestyle, heath promoting lifestyle by improving the patients, psychology and alleviating the pains caused by the disease,in order to improve the patients, heath promoting lifestyle.
