多元化健康教育对早产儿视网膜病变筛查遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨多元化健康教育对早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)筛查遵医行为的影响。方法:将60例早产儿按随机数字表法分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组采用传统健康教育方法,观察组采用多元化健康教育方法。两组早产儿在3个月后从家属疾病认知情况、定期复诊情况、观察早产儿视力发展情况、预防早产儿眼部感染几个方面进行调查。结果:两组遵医行为比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化健康教育的开展,体现了护理模式的转变,提高了早产儿家属的遵医行为,充分体现了人性化护理服务,增加了医患双方的互动,构建了和谐的医患关系。Objective： To investigate the effect of diversified health education on compliance in screening of retinopathy of prematurity. Method： 60 premature babies were selected, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（30 cases in each group）. The conventional health education was used in the control group and diversified health education was used in the observation group. The ROP related knowledge mastered conditions, the regular follow cases, the visual development of prematurity and the prevention of prematurity eye infections of two groups were compared after three months. Result： The compliance behavior in the two groups had a significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The develop of diversified health education is a human care, it reflects the change of care model, improves the compliance behavior of prematurity parents and increases the interaction of both doctors and patients and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
