摘 要:为了对玉米护颖基部颜色进行遗传分析和定位,利用玉米颖片基部颜色分别为红色的自交系48-2和绿色的自交系黄野四为亲本,构建F2分离群体,采用SSR分子标记进行遗传分析。结果表明,玉米颖片基部颜色为红色的性状属于质量性状,受1对显性核基因Rab1控制。连锁分析发现,位于玉米第2染色体上的标记bnlg2277与目标基因紧密连锁,并进一步将该基因定位在标记umc2195和umc1185之间,遗传距离分别为2.5,0.4 cM,物理距离为2.1 Mb,并以此为基础构建了目标区段的遗传连锁图谱。Color mutants, which are important materials for molecular breeding and gene function research, as marker characters could be used on identification the purity of variety and utilization of the sterile line in maize. Therefore, based on spontaneous mutation of tassel to further study on gene mapping for glumes colors with a signifi- cant theoretical and praetical significance for the gene cloning and molecular marker assisted breeding in maize. In this study, a set of segregating population, F2, derived from the two inbred lines, 48-2 and Huangyesi, which show a band of red color near the base of the glumes of the tassel, whereas that is green at this point, respectively, was used as a mapping population. The red glume collar and its inheritance were studied by SSR molecular marker in maize. The results showed that the red glume collar was a qualitative trait controlled by a dominant gene, Rabl, which tightly linked with the molecular marker bnlg2277 on chromosome 2 in maize, and then it was mapped within marker interval umc2195 and umc1185, with the genetic distances of 2.5,0.4 cM and the physical distance of 2.1 Mb, respectively.
