摘　　要：讨论了化工设备混合罐的机械搅拌设备在设计选型、施工安装及调试生产过程中可能产生摆动的原因以及克服这些摆动应该注意的事项。以工程中某公司液、固工况下悬臂轴搅拌机出现明显摆动的现象为例,阐述了从问题提出到问题解决的全过程。Discussed the factors in design, selection, installation and commission of mechanical mixing device applied on chemical mixing tanks that may lead to shaft swing, and introduces the points for attention to avoid the swing. Taking an industrial cantilever shaft mixer as an example, which showed obvious swing under liquid-solid mixing condition, presented the whole process of problems posing and problems solving.
