心理干预辅助逍遥散治疗高考女生肝郁型月经不调的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察心理干预辅助逍遥散治疗高考女生肝郁型月经不调的临床疗效。方法将54例肝郁型月经不调的高考女生患者随机分为2组,干预组27例采用心理干预辅助逍遥散治疗,对照组27例单纯服用逍遥散治疗。以3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组临床疗效及《中学生心理健康量表》(MMHI-60)各项评分改善情况。结果干预组总有效率96.30%,对照组88.89%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、学习压力感、适应不良、情绪波动性分值与中学生常模比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组治疗后各项分值与中学生常模比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、学习压力感、情绪波动性各项分值与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);强迫因子分值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、学习压力感因子得分与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理干预辅助逍遥散治疗高考女生肝郁型月经不调效果优于单纯服药治疗,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of psychological intervention combined with Xiaoyaosan on college entrance girls with irregular menstruation due to liver depression .Methods 54 college entrance girls with irregular menstruation due to liver depression were randomly divided into two groups ,the intervention group of 27 pa-tients with psychological intervention combined with Xiaoyaosan ,control group of 27 patients treated with Xiaoyaosan . With 3 months for a treatment course ,the improvement of irregular menstruation was observed in two groups after a course.R esults After a course of treatment,the total effective rate was 96.30%in the intervention group,the con-trol group was 88.89%,there are statistically significance between two groups （P〈0.05）.Before the treatment, there are significant differences at compulsion ,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression,learning sense of pres-sure,maladjustment,emotional volatility scores in two groups that compared with the National Norm （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;There are no statistically significance between two groups （ P 〉0.05）.After the treatment,there was no difference between the intervention group and the National Norm on the score of indexes （ P 〉0.05）.There was sig-nificant difference between before and after treatment on compulsion ,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression, learning sense of pressure,maladjustment,emotional volatility scores in intervention group （P〈0.05）.But compared with the control group,the difference of compulsion scores was significant （P〈0.05）.The control group after treat-ment interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,learning stress factor points compared with before treatment ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The efficacy of psychological intervention com-bined with Xiaoyaosan on college entrance girls with irregular menstruation due to liver depression is better than that of xiaoyaosan;it is worth for spreading application .
