舒心降脂片治疗冠心病心绞痛合并血脂异常的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒心降脂片治疗冠心病心绞痛合并血脂异常的临床疗效。方法将230例冠心病心绞痛合并血脂异常患者随机分为2组。治疗组120例予舒心降脂片治疗,对照组110例予地奥心血康胶囊治疗。2组均治疗28 d后观察2组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医证候疗效及治疗前后血脂指标变化。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组。2组治疗后血脂指标均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论舒心降脂片治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,明显改善心肌缺血,调整血脂。Objective To observe the efficacy of Shuxin Jiangzhi Tablet in treating coronary heart disease with angina and dyslipidemia .Methods Two hundred and thirty patients with coronary heart disease with angina and dyslipidemia were randomly divided into two groups ,120 patients in the treatment group and 110 patients in the con-trol group.All patients’ diet was a low sodium and low fat diet .Patients in the treatment group were treated with Shux-in Jiangzhi Tablets ,4 tablets/time,tid;Patients in the control group were treated with Di＆#39;ao Xinxuekang Capsules ,2 capsules/time,tid.After 28-day treatment program ,changes in angina ,ECG and blood lipid were studied .Results The total effective rate in relieving angina was 95.00% in the treatment group and 75.45% in the control group, showing significant difference between them （P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group ,the total effective rate of ECG was significantly higher in the treatment group （89.17% vs 69.09%,P〈0.05）.After treatment,serum lipids significantly improved compared to that in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Shuxin Jiangzhi Tablet can significantly improve myocardial ischemia and adjust blood lipid in treating coronary heart disease with angina and dys-lipidemia.
