我院中药注射剂专项处方点评结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解笔者所在医院中药注射剂使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,每月按比例随机抽取笔者所在医院门急诊含中药注射剂的处方进行点评,对不合理处方进行统计分析。结果:使用中药注射剂的2880张处方中,不合理处方有106张,占3.7%。主要表现在联合用药、混合配伍、溶媒、超说明书使用等方面。结论:笔者所在医院中药注射剂存在不合理使用的情况,需要医务人员共同关注,促进中药注射剂的合理使用,保证患者用药安全。Objective：To know the usage of TCM injections in our hospital,and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Method：Adopt the method of retrospective study,to extract the prescriptions of TCM injections for comment prorata randomly monthly,and the unreasonable prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Result：2880 TCM injections prescriptions were commented,106 were found unreasonable,accounting for 3.7%.It mainly displayed in combination,hybrid compatibility,solvent,off-label drug use,etc.Conclusion：There is unreasonable use of TCM injections in our hospital,our medical personnel should concern it commonly,to promote the rational use of TCM injections,and ensure the safety of the patients with drug use.
