中药导入联合CPM治疗膝关节术后功能障碍的近期疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨电脑中频药物导入联合CPM机治疗下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的近期疗效。方法:按照简单随机化方法将纳入的研究对象120例分为电脑中频药物导入联合CPM组(A组)40例,CPM治疗组(B组)40例,电脑中频药物导入治疗组(C组)40例。以膝关节活动范围、疼痛程度为指标进行临床观察,并于治疗后三周进行观察,记录观察指标,进行统计学分析。结果:三组患者膝关节活动范围、疼痛程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),电脑中频药物导入联合CPM组均优于另外两组。结论:电脑中频药物导入联合CPM治疗下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的近期疗效满意。Objective To study short - term curative effect of computer intermediate frequency drug import joint CPM machine treat- ment of lower limb fracture curative effect of knee joint dysfunction. Method According to the simple randomized methods ; 120 patients were divided into computer intermediate frequency drug import joint CPM group （group A） with 40 eases. CPM treatment group （group B） with 40 cases. Computer intermediate frequency drug into treatment group （ C group） with 40 cases. To knee joint range of activity, pain lev- el of clinical observation indexes, and in three weeks after treatment were observed, recorded observation index, statistics analy- sis. Results The knee joint range of activity, pain level were compared in three groups, the difference was statistically signitleant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,the computer intermediate frequency drug import joint CPM group was better than the other two groups. Conclusion The short - term curative effect of Computer intermediate frequency drag import joint CPM treatment of lower limh fracture knee joint dysfunction is ef- fective method.
