急性冠脉综合征患者血脂与冠状动脉Gensini积分及年龄的关系

摘　　要：目的：观察急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者各项血脂指标与冠状动脉病变程度及年龄的关系。方法：冠脉造影证实的ACS患者190例,根据年龄区间分为40~49岁组、50~59岁组、60~69岁组、70~79岁组及≥80岁组;同时,根据Gensini评分系统评估冠状动脉病变程度分为〈30分组、30~59分组、60~89分组及≥90分组。全自动生化仪检测患者入院时的血清总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）。采用SPSS 13.0软件对各个指标进行统计学分析。结果：血清TC和LDL-C水平随年龄增高呈降低趋势,其中40~49岁组与50岁以上各组患者之间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Gensini各积分组患者的血清TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：血清TC和LDL-C水平可能与ACS患者年龄呈负性相关,但与Gensini积分无明显相关性。Objective To observe relationship between individual indices of serum lipid and effects of coronary atherosclerotie severity and age in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Method 190 patients with ACS, confirmed by coronary angiography,were divided according to patients＇ age as the groups of 40 -49 years old,50 -59 years old,60 -69 years old,70 -79 years old and ≥80 years old, and divided simultaneously according to patients＇ severity of coronary atheroselerosis by Gensini Scoring System as the groups of 〈 30 scores ,30 -59 scores ,60 -89 seores and ≥90 scores. All the patients when admitted were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer ser- um total cholesterol （ TC ） , triglyceride （TG） , high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C ） , and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C）. Statistical analyses were performed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results Concentrations of serum TC and LDL - C showed a decreasing trend with age increased. There was a significant difference in concentrations of serum TC and LDL - C between the group of 40 - 49 years old and other groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant difference was observed in concentrations of TG ,TC ,HDL- C and LDL- C for the groups of individual Gensini scores （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Concentrations of serum TC and LDL - C may show a negative correlation with pa- tients＇ age and no correlation with coronary Gensini scores in patients with ACS.
