摘 要:介绍了背压式和平衡式气动减压阀的结构与工作原理.通过AMESim软件对背压式与平衡式气动减压阀建立仿真模型,对压力、温度进行仿真、分析和对比.仿真结果表明平衡式减压阀比背压式减压阀温度特性好,平衡式减压阀的出口温度比背压式减压阀的出口温度达到平衡所用时间少;平衡式减压阀进口压力波动不影响出口压力,稳压精度高.The structure and working principle of backed and balanced pneumatic pressure reducing valves were introduced. The software AMESim was adopted to establish the simulation models of the backed and balanced pneumatic pressure reducing valves, simulate, analyze and contrast the pressure and temperature of the valves. The simulation results show stable than that of the backed valve, and t chieves balance faster than that of the bac valve exerts little effect on the outlet pres at the temperature characteristics of the balanced valve is more outlet temperature of the balanced pressure reducing valve a d one by 3S. And the inlet pressure oscillation of the balanced sure, having stability.
