当代中国民主建设的政治生态环境论析

摘　　要：民主建设作为我国政治体系的子系统,本身就是一个系统存在,因而首先具有存在的内在环境,这主要包括民主政治价值、民主政治制度和民主政治主体。民主建设作为我国政治体系的子系统,也与政治体系的其他子系统相互作用,进而形成其生存的外部政治环境,这主要包括国家性质、政治稳定状态以及政治生活的法律化和制度化。民主建设也与超出其赖以生存的政治体系以外的经济、文化以及社会本身建设相关。民主建设作为系统性存在还受到西方民主思潮、政治多极化、经济全球化、科技发展等国际因素的影响。当代中国民主政治建设要实现其内在结构的生态化以及与所处政治环境、社会环境和国际环境的互动交流。The democracy construction as the subsystem of the political institution in our country itself is a system existence, thus firstly it has the intrinsic environment, which mainly includes the democratic political value, the democratic political system and the democratic political main body. The democracy construction as the subsystem of the political institution in our country, also affects mutually with the political institution other subsystems, then forms its survival exterior political context,which mainly includes the national nature, the political steady state as well as the political life legalization and the institution. The democracy construction also surpasses outside of its livelihood political institution the economy,which is the culture as well as social itself constructs the correlation. The democracy construction also receives the influence of Western democratic ideological trend, the political multipolar, the economical globalization, the technical development as the systematic existence and so on the international factor. The contemporary China democratic politics construction must realize its intrinsic structure ecology as well as locating the political context, the social environment and the international environment interaction exchange.
