摘 要:采用搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)和MIG焊两种焊接方法对8 mm厚的3A21铝合金进行焊接,分别对采用两种方法焊接的试件进行组织和力学性能分析。结果表明,相同环境条件下,MIG焊接头晶粒生长方向性较强,加之空气湿度等因素一起,试件内部出现了气孔缺陷。而搅拌摩擦焊接头形成致密的同心环结构,在加压的全塑化条件下形成无缺陷的致密组织。搅拌摩擦焊接头抗拉强度明显高于MIG焊接头,其最高抗拉强度可达89.5 MPa。MIG焊接头正面弯曲性能高于FSW接头,两者的背面弯曲性能相当。3A21 aluminum alloy plates of 8 mm in thickness were welded by FSW and MIG welding,respectively.Microstructure and mechanical properties of joints were tested and analyzed.The results show that the grains in MIG welded joint have strong directional grain growth,and the internal porosity defects appear in joint due to air humidity and other factors together.The dense concentric ring structure is obtained in FSW joint without defects under the condition of the pressure.The tensile strength of the welded joint by the FSW is higher than that MIG welding and the maximum tensile strength is 89.5 MPa.The normal bending property of the weld by the MIG is better than that of FSW,and the root bending properties are equivalent.
