摘 要:改进传统四磁极传感器磁测方式,设计基于逆磁致伸缩效应用于钢板内应力在线检测的原理验证试验系统,研制在线动态检测的励磁模块和快速信号处理系统,在实验室完成验证和研究磁测钢板内应力的测试系统搭建。通过大量试验研究,获得磁通量与主应力之间基本稳定的定量关系及影响规律,验证两者之间的敏感相关关系,并详细讨论传感器参数对内应力测量结果的影响规律。试验研究证实针对带钢内应力进行在线磁测量方式检测的可行性,且该方法可能成为一种铁磁材料应力检测的新方法。By improvement of the traditional four-pole sensor magnetic survey, a confirmatory experiment system is designed for steel stress line detection principle, and a excitation module and fast signal processing system of dynamic online detection based on the principle of inverse magnetostriction are developed in this paper, A test system of new methods for detecting strip shape is constructed in the laboratory. By making a large number of experimental investigation, the relationship between the flux with the principal stress is found, and the sensitive correlation of the two be verified. The influence of measurement results by sensor parameters is discussed in detail. The feasibility of the online magnetic detection method of internal stresses in strip is verified through the experiment, which would develop into a new method for ferromagnetic material internal stresses detection.
