复方蛇草汤治疗寻常性痤疮86例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方蛇草汤治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选择寻常性痤疮患者86例,将其随机分为两组,即观察组与对照组。对照组:以常规西医方法进行治疗;观察组:以复方蛇草汤进行治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果:完成治疗后,观察两组患者临床效果,观察组总有效率为97.7%,对照组为76.7%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应,顺利完成治疗。结论:复方蛇草汤对痤疮的治疗有较好疗效,治疗有效率较高,且无不良反应,尤其是对于治疗瘀血阻滞型痤疮,治疗效果更佳,可临床推广应用。Objective To study the treatment of acne vulgaris use compound grass snake soup made of clinical effect.Methods In our hospital treated 86 cases of patients with acne vulgaris,the equal number were randomly divided into two groups,and as observation group and control group,control group was treated with conventional western medicine method,the observation group was treated with compound grass snake soup,observe its therapeutic effect.Results After complete treatment,observe clinical effect of two groups of patients,the total effective rate was 97.7% in the observation group,patients in the control group total effective rate was 76.7%,the contrast between the two groups of patients.Two groups of patients with no serious adverse events occurred in the process of treatment,complete cure.Conclusions The treatment of acne vulgaris with compound grass snake soup has a good effect,high treatment efficiency,and no adverse reaction,has important role and significance in clinic,it can be as an ideal method for popularization and application.
