摘  要:目的研究羊肉、青椒、香菇、带鱼、竹笋5种"发物"对小鼠变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)模型的影响,探讨可能的作用机制。方法用2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导建立小鼠ACD模型后,随机分成5个"发物"组和对照组,观察各种"发物"对小鼠模型耳厚度、炎症细胞浸润影响及外周血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素(IL)-17水平的变化。结果与对照组比较,羊肉、青椒组激发后小鼠耳厚度差及炎症细胞计数明显增加,外周血IFN-γ、IL-17表达升高,48 h时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);竹笋组与对照组小鼠耳厚度差及炎症细胞计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IFN-γ、IL-17表达下降(P<0.05);香菇、带鱼组各观察指标与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论羊肉、青椒有加重小鼠ACD作用,其机制可能与上调IFN-γ、IL-17表达有关。竹笋、带鱼、香菇对小鼠ACD无影响。Objective To study the effects of mutton,green pepper,mushroom,ribbonfish and bamboo shoots on allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) in mice models and to explore the possible mechanism.Methods Mice models of ACD induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB) were divided into five"stimulating food" groups and control group randomly.The change of ear thickness,inflammatory cells and serum levels of IFN-γand IL-17 of each group were observed respectively.Results Compared with the control group,the mutton and green pepper groups showed a significant increase in the ear thickness,the number of infiltrating inflammator cells and the expression of IFN-γand IL-17 in peripheral blood at 48 h after elicitation(P<0.05).The bamboo shoots group showed markedly decrease in the expression of IFN-γand IL-17(P<0.05),but showed no significant difference in the ear thickness and the number of infiltrating inflammator cells (P>0.05).The mushroom and ribbonfish groups had no significant difference in each observation index (P>0.05).Conclusion Mutton,green pepper can aggravate ACD in mice possibly by up-regulatied the expression of IFN-γand IL-17.Ribbonfish,mushroom and bamboo shoots has no effect on ACD in mice.
