摘 要:干细胞产业由于其巨大的社会效益和市场前景而成为最活跃和最具发展潜力的新兴产业之一,各国纷纷放宽政策限制、投入大量资金,积极推动干细胞技术研发和产业化进程。本文结合干细胞技术产业化的特征分析,设计了干细胞技术产业化潜力评价指标体系,基于粗糙集理论构建了评价模型,进而针对当前最具应用价值的11类病种的干细胞治疗技术进行了实证研究。旨在识别具有突出产业化潜力的干细胞技术,为政府有针对性地制定产业重大专项及各类支持政策提供决策依据,为干细胞企业科学选择技术项目、集聚优势资源实现突破创新提供方法指导。Stem cell industry has become one of the most active and promising emerging industries because of its significant social bene- fit and market prospect. Many countries have deregulated their policy restrictions and invested huge amounts of funds in the field to positively promote the stem cell technology research & development, and industrialization process. According to the industrialization characteristics of stem cell technology, this paper designs the evaluation index system for industrialization potential of stem cell technology, establishes moreover the evaluation model based on Rough Set theory, and finally carries on the empirical research to the stem cell clin- ical technologies for 11 different diseases which are believed to have obvious application values. The research aims at identifying the spe- cific stem cell technologies with huge industrialization potential, providing decision-making reference for government in making national focal programs, supporting to form policies in stem cell industry, and giving methodological guidance for stem cell enterprises to select technical projects and take breaking innovation through superior resource integration.
