摘 要:为吸引能效电厂关键利益主体积极参与能效电厂建设,长期有效地激发各方积极性,以能效电厂对分布式能源的3种控制方式为基础,提出了能效电厂商业化运营的各模块功能以及运营模式。分析了能效电厂的功能需求,将其分为计算机模块和能效电厂运行模块,并以2个模块的响应功能为支撑,构建了能效电厂的商业化运营模式。最后,结合我国的电力市场发展情况,分析能效电厂实施路径。Under the background of low carbon emission,it is crucial to attract key stakeholders to actively participate in energy efficiency power plant construction and effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of all parties. To do so,based on three kinds of control scheme of energy efficiency power plant on distributed energy,module function is defined and operation mode of commercial operation of energy efficiency power is proposed. The functional requirements of energy efficiency power plant are divided into computer module and energy efficiency power plant module,and are analyzed based on response function. Then,energy efficiency power plant business operation mechanism is built. Finally,based on the development situation of power market in China,the energy efficiency power plant implementation path is explored and analyzed.
