点切缝合埋线法重睑术同期内眦开大术的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨重睑术同期行内眦开大的临床效果和体会.方法：内眦赘皮采用不规则四边形法矫正,重睑术采用点切缝合联合间断埋线法,内眦切口与重睑线连续.结果：本组就医者共1 650例,随访3个月～5年,无明显切口瘢痕,重睑均未消失,内眦自然逼真,均获满意效果.结论：该术式操作简单,损伤小,肿胀轻微,恢复快,重睑稳定持久,内眦赘皮无复发,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the effect double-fold eyelid with simultaneous correction of epicanthus.Methods Anomal quadrilateral method was applied to epicanthus correction.The maneuver allowed to formation double-fold eyelid with tiny incision suture combined with disjunction sunk cord method,which inner canthus incision connected to double eyelid crease.Results 1 650 cases of cosmetic patients achieved satisfactory surgical results,which adapted with unconspicuous incision scar and natural and realistic epicanthus correction during 3 months and 5years followedup.Conclusion The operation could formation stabilized double-fold eyelid and epicanthus correction effect,which deserved to generalized with easy maneuver,mineral injury,small swell fast recoverment.
