还原型谷胱甘肽联合积雪苷软膏治疗116例黄褐斑临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽针辅以维生素C针联合0.25%积雪苷软膏治疗黄褐斑的疗效和安全性。方法:将入选的黄褐斑患者116例随机分成三组,积雪苷软膏治疗组、还原型谷胱甘肽治疗组、还原型谷胱甘肽联合积雪苷软膏治疗组。所有患者疗程均为8周,结束后分别观察各组疗效及不良反应。三组有效率分别为42.86%、71.05%和88.37%。同时所有患者均未见严重不良反应。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽针辅以维生素C针联合积雪苷软膏治疗黄褐斑安全、有效,可临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of melasma by reduced glutathione and vitamin C combined with asiaticoside ointment.Methods 116 patients with melasma were randomly divided in three groups.They were treated respectively by asiaticoside ointment,reduced glutathione and combination of both.Then their curative effect and side effects were observed after 8 weeks.Results The cure rate of the above three groups respectively are 42.86%,71.05% and 88.37%.All cases were no significant adverse events.Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with asiaticoside ointment to treat melasma are effectively and safely.
