摘 要:对960 MPa结构钢进行三点弯曲实验,以CTOD临界值作为断裂韧度指标,分析其随温度的变化规律,进而得到韧脆转变温度。结果表明,伴随温度的降低,对接焊缝过程中建筑用960 MPa高强度钢的裂纹扩展加快,韧性减弱,并出现解理断裂,低温脆断特征非常明显。A series of three point bending tests of 960 MPa high strength steels were carried out. The change of CTOD critical value with temperature was analyzed, and taking the crack tip opening displacement critical value as fracture toughness index, then the ductile-brittle transition temperature was obtained. The results show that, with the decrease of temperature, the crack growth rate of butt weld of the steel decreases, the toughness weakens, and cleavage fracture appears, low temperature brittle fracture characteristics are very obvious.
